PRP-plasma behandeling in The Hague helps restore volume loss in the skin and tighten sagging skin. PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma, which is derived from the patient’s own blood and contains a high concentration of platelets.
With this technique, we can rejuvenate your skin by injecting the plasma with growth factors directly into the areas where wrinkles, folds, or even acne scars are present. When this treatment is applied to the face, it is also referred to as the Vampire Facelift. PRP can also be used in hair treatments. For optimal results, a series of monthly PRP treatments is recommended, followed by a maintenance treatment once a year after three initial treatments.
De Vampire facelift zal worden uitgevoerd door onze ervaren dokter in onze kliniek in Den Haag. Voorafgaand aan de behandeling zal er een kleine hoeveelheid bloed worden afgenomen. Het bloed wordt vervolgens in reageerbuisjes gecentrifugeerd waardoor het PRP van het bloed gescheiden wordt. Dit proces duurt gemiddeld 5 minuten. Nadat er een verdovende zalf is aangebracht op uw huid, zal met behulp van een hele dunne naald of skinpen het verkregen PRP in de huid worden geïnjecteerd.
