Cancellation (injectables/skin treatments).
If a client cancels a laser, injectables or skin improvement treatment, they will be charged 50 percent of the applicable rate. Beautyclinic Global will charge the client a minimum of 50 euros if:
– consultation appointments are cancelled 48 hours or less in advance;
– treatment appointments are canceled 2 business days or less in advance;
– the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment (No Show).
Down payments on scheduled treatments are not fully refundable if the scheduled treatment is not cancelled according to the above policy. In all cases, the following fees will be charged: Cancellation and administration fee 100 euros per conducted consultation will be charged 50 euros
Children in the clinic
You should note that there can be no supervision during treatment if you bring your child with you. We also feel responsible as a clinic and advise you not to bring a minor child with you during treatment. If a nuisance is caused during your treatment, the specialist cannot perform his or her work properly. This gives the specialist the right to cancel the treatment or refer you back to the waiting room.
Because there is still insufficient research on what effect fillers and wrinkle relaxers have on the baby we do not treat you when you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Beautyclinic Global does not want to take any risk for you or your baby. We are happy to inform you about the treatments you can undergo.
Upon completion of treatment, you must pay the full amount at the clinic discussed during the consultation. You can pay at Beautyclinic Global with your debit card, credit card or cash. Treatments from € 1000,- euro should be paid in full before the start of the treatment.
You must complete a medical questionnaire truthfully prior to a consultation/treatment in preparation for the cosmetic doctor being treated.
Animals are not allowed in the clinic at Beautyclinic Global due to hygiene concerns.
Shopping Bags / Shopping Trolleys
At Beautyclinic Global, it is not allowed to enter the premises with shopping carts / bags due to hygiene rules.
Late for your appointment
If you are late for your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by phone / email at [email protected]. This way our specialists can see what is still possible for you. Because we work with a schedule we can not guarantee that your appointment can continue.
We ask that you keep your ID and health insurance card with you.
We do not treat clients under the age of 18. This applies to all injectables and surgical treatments. However, clients under the age of 18 can schedule a facial. If we are unsure of age, we may ask for identification at the clinic prior to the appointment.
Images and audio
At Beautyclinic Global it is not allowed to take unsolicited photos, filming or audio recordings. You must request permission for this by e-mail.
At Beautyclinic Global it is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, consume alcohol or food. It is not allowed to negotiate prices. When using our services / booking appointments you agree to our terms and conditions.
