The P-Shot is a new technique where Platet Rich Plasma (PRP) is injected into the penis to improve function and sensation. The P-Shot procedure works by using the body's natural ability to inject plasma rich in growth factors. Blood is first drawn via the Arthrex PCP system, after which it is placed in the centrifuge. The plasma is then injected into and around the penis. The growth factors are activated to increase circulation to grow healthy cells.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.
