In beautyclinic we only use hyaluronic acid fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan that’s in your face and body.

The effect of the treatment lasts about 9-12 months.This also depends on the product and lifestyle of the client.

What about aftercare?

After each treatment we discuss what you can and can’t be doing.
Important is to fill in the informed consent form.

You can not sleep or lay down for atleast 4 hours directly after the treatment.
We do not advise to sunbathe.
Avoid the sauna for 72 hours.
Don’t massage the injected area.
We do not advice to sunbathe for at least 7 days.

What are the side effects of a filler treatment?

Because of the injections you can get swelling o your face. The swelling usually subsides between 24-48 hours. It is possible that you develop a he0.matoma (bruise).

What are the complications of a filler treatment?

There is a small chance that there will be any complications. Even though we use fillers that are safe, you could still get an infection, a bubble or an allergic reaction. Bubble can be resolved with hyaluronidase.
